Gil Mora SA, Ret.
is a 32 - year law enforcement veteran whose career spans local, state, and federal agencies. He retired after 24 years as a Special Agent with the DEA. Gil has extensive experience in conducting conspiracy and traditional drug cases involving undercover, management of single and multiple informants, and wire taps in the U.S. His experience includes 7 years of working undercover in Mexico & South America.
In 1987 Gil was assigned to the FBI Academy as a Program Manager responsible for training and certifying DEA instructors at the Academy & coordinating training for state & local Law Enforcement throughout the U.S. From 1992 to 1994 he was a shift supervisor of a major international wiretap operation.
Gil received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of California at San Jose, CA and a Masters Degree in Management from the Redlands University, CA. He holds a lifetime teaching credential from the University of California at Berkeley, CA.

H. Travis Levesque SA, Ret.
Travis is a 26 - year law enforcement veteran whose career spans state and federal agencies. He retired as a Supervisory Special Agent from the DEA after 20 years. Travis has extensive experience in conducting drug investigations from the buy/bust to major conspiracies involving wiretap operations.
In 1983 he was assigned to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA as an instructor. When the DEA moved its training operations to the FBI Academy in 1986 Travis was reassigned to Quantico, VA. In 1988 he was promoted and assigned as the Group Supervisor of an Intelligence Unit in Atlanta, GA and subsequently took over an enforcement group. In 1991 Travis was reassigned to DEA Headquarters as a Staff Coordinator in charge of State & Local Task Force Operations. Travis received his Bachelors Degree in Police Science from the University of California at Los Angeles, CA & a Masters Degree from the University of Southern California, CA. He is an Adjunct Faculty member of Fanning Leadership Center, University of Georgia.

James M. Smith S/A. Ret.
James is a 28 -year law enforcement veteran. Smith Retired from the Drug Enforcement Administration January of 1998 after 28 years of service as a Special Agent. James was hired as a Special Agent in Los Angeles, CA by the predecesor agency, Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs. While in the Los Angeles Field Division James was assigned to a variety of field positions including, Diversion Investigator, Field Enforcement Unit, and Clandestine Laboratory Unit. While in the Clandestine Lab Unit James was the Acting Supervising Agent for a period of six months.
In 1987 James was assigned to the FBI Academy as a Course-Developer-Instructor. He was a range officer for 7 years and was reassigned as a Class Training Coordinator for the remainder of his time at the Academy. In addition to his expertise as a range officer James was also an instructor in the area of substance abuse. Prior to becomeing a BNDD/DEA Agent James served five years in the U.S. Marines as an officer. He left the marines in 1970 with the rank of Captain. James received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Long Beach. James is also a National Registry EMT-Paramedic/Virginia EMT-Paramedic.
